Puppet Workshop to be held at Limestone Township Library District

Puppet Workshop to be held at Limestone Township Library District

Have you ever wanted to learn how to make puppets after watching a puppet show?

The Limestone Township Library invites the community for The Little Prince Puppet Workshop when Josiah Fox, a former Limestone resident, comes to our library on Tuesday, April 21 at 5:00 P.M. to do just that!

First, Fox will present a puppet show of "The Little Prince." Then we will gather around the craft tables as he directs us on how to make our own puppets based on the show.

Fox has been creating puppets for years, often walking around the ONU campus with his creations.

He was quoted in a November 2024 ONU Multimedia Storytelling Online article as saying “I’ve always done physical art. I’ve played with Legos since I was born, so making the leap to puppetry only involved figuring out how to combine different materials.”

This program is best suited for children ages 4-12.

Please register ahead of time for this program! There is no fee, all supplies will be provided.

For more information, call the library at 815-939-1696.
