Decorate
a Pumpkin for Limestone Township Library District
When we think of October, we think
of all the fun decorations we see for Halloween. Skeltons, scarecrows, hay
bales, and pumpkins. Pumpkins that have been carved or painted or covered with
various craft supplies.
The Limestone Township Library
District wants to see what you can do to decorate a pumpkin and invites the
community to participate in our Pumpkin Decorating Contest!
Grab a small pumpkin from the
library or use your own. Then bring your decorated pumpkin back to the library
by Wednesday, October 22 before we close at 5:00 P.M.
All decorated pumpkins will be voted
on at our Fall Fest on Saturday, October 25 by people attending Fall Fest! The
person who receives the most votes will win a $25 gift card.
To help you get ready for
decorating, the library will have Take-and-Make pumpkin decorating kits on
Friday, October 3 available for pick up, supplies are limited.
We can’t wait to see your designs.
