Limestone Township Library District has Illinois Tax Forms

Limestone Township Library District has Illinois Tax Forms

It’s Tax Time. Do you have all of your forms?

At Limestone Township Library District, we have Illinois 1040 tax forms and instruction booklets on hand. Those can be taken by community members on an as needed basis from our spinner rack in the lobby area.

Federal forms have not been delivered to the library for several years. However, we can print two copies of the US 1040 to people who ask free of charge. Should you need a different form, a specific schedule, or a section of the instructions, we can print those out at .25 per sheet.

Doing your taxes can be frustrating, getting the forms shouldn’t be.

If you need more information, call us at 815-939-1696.
