Love
Your Library Contest at Limestone Township Library District
Have you heard about Limestone Township Library
District’s contest called “What I Love About My Library.”
We are asking all members of the community to
participate by drawing a picture depicting what they love best about our
library. Maybe it’s being able to get your favorite book, discovering a new
craft, finding a game you have never played before. Either way, please feel
free to participate.
Entry sheets are available for pick up at the
library. You can even create your drawing at our Maker Space table in the
library. Each entry needs to have an age category marked. There are five
categories: ages 3-4; 5-10; 11-14; 15-18 (students); and Adult over 18.
Entries can be brought to the library through
Thursday, March 14. We will have the entries on display from March 15 through
March 31, allowing community members to come and vote for their favorite
drawing. Prizes will be given for each winner in the Public Choice and Staff
Choice categories of each age group.
The winning drawings will be on display during
National Library Month in April.
