Learn
More about Sourdough at Limestone Township Library District
Since
the pandemic, Sourdough Bread has become very popular.
Once
you have a starter, fresh home-made bread is always an option. But what else
can you make with Sourdough starter?
Join
us when Elaine Whitesell returns to the library to talk about Sourdough Baking
on Tuesday, September 23 at 6:00 P.M. to answer that question. Whitesell will
show and tell the different items you can make with your sour dough starter.
And she will bring samples of the various items she has made, allowing us to
taste test. Hint, hint - it’s not just bread.
